After many many times of emailing and faxing and calling into GEMS and getting automated responses from them on the emails, and getting hold of many consultants who use the excuse our emails are not working... and for a week, I finally get ahold of Victoria Ntlukani who with one call did register my child no complaints and even after calls being cut and and me calling in and a colleague just passing the buck she called continuously and ensured all was done and even ensured proof was forwarded to me she really was a angel and she really is a HUGE ASSET to GEMS and should be taeching her colleagues how to do things as she is truelly a service champion once again Thank you
