No communication

I applied for medical aid membership at the beginning of August, to this day I have still not received
any communication from them. A week after applying I called to find out what was happening,
there was a detail that they needed on my application, which I provided them with. I was
told that they would get back to me within 48 hours. I still have not been contacted by anyone.
does discovery not want new clients?? this is very disappointing service from a supposedly reputable company.
