My mother was admitted to this institution on Tuesday 03 September with deteriorating health, deliriousness and incontinence. Yesterday when we arrived at 19:00 we were informed by other patients that my mother was not receiving the attentions she should, she had not been washed, bathed or assisted in getting in and out of the bed or ensuring that the food provided was being consumed. We had to personally assist with this, all attempts to get assistance by her via the push button on the bed had been in vain. If this is the standard of private health care in this country of which we are paying a premium for then help us all. Do not support this institution and go somewhere else.
