No feedback still with regards to this query, your call centre agents don't get back to me. Sent through a claim more than a week ago still waiting on my re-payment only to find out that you paid the practice.

So now they have my money and you paid them.

Someone needs to reimburse me and before this weekend.

This is really frustrating!
