After many calls and nothing getting solved I have resulted to Hello Peter.
Bonita's owes me 490 rand. I received a statement of the amount they owed to me on the 31st of July. The Acb date on the statement said the 8th of August. I replied saying that my banking details had changed on the 2 August. However they deposited this amount into the closed account and are now refusing to pay me that money.
I cannot access the closed account and I loose out on my money because someone could not read an email!
This is shocking and it is!
