A month ago I submitted a bill for my physio after an op. Authorisation was given (for a physio that lives in Australia) but the bill - two and a half grand - that was submitted at the same time still hasn't been paid - two chase-up emails have been acknowledged, but not answered.
As a pensioner I can ill afford a negative cashflow of this kind, but no-one seems to care.
Queries are frequently unanswered or, if you ring up, all you get are parroted answers - no-ne seems to have the gumption to say "I don't know, I'll get my superior to phone you within a day with the answer" all you get is a sullen silence.
