And Discovery responds to my complaint, exactly the way I knew they would... Telling me of window periods that have passed, making it my problem, when these window periods have been missed because of their staff passing the buck over the last few months. Now I have to go through MORE paperwork, which I have done, but there is still NO RESOLUTION to my May query. Even the Discovery respondent who had said I have access to her directly has now also disappeared since Thursday the 22nd of August. I have emailed her three times since then, and still don't have responses from her.
I am actually ready to fold and resign from Discovery as a member, which is what they wanted in the first place. Always more than happy to escape responsibility for people's major problems, after happily accepting your premiums with no problem.
