At first I was apprehensive about staying at the hotel as it is not the best known apartment hotels but I am glad I did. the service from check in to check out was excellent. I checked in with my family in the two bedroom apartment which was ideal for us. The rooms are very homely and a bonus for the self catering aspect. The furnishings are well done and one would be forgiven to think it was a high price hotel. The staff there were very friendly and welcoming. The front desk managed to arrange a tour of the city at a great price. The breakfast which is served in the coffee shop was properly presented and serve with love. They could have more meals served (lunch and dinner) but I suppose most people who stay at the hotel prefer to order take outs or cook for themselves. I would recommend it to anyone
