Since end of July, I've been waiting for my reimbursement for chronic meds paid in cash my myself. I've been calling your Call Centre daily and get told it's been submitted for processing. Every day as per the call centre agents, my query is being escalated to higher management. I have spoken to Samantha, Darryl, emailed the receipts more than 3 times and still no success. Now, can someone that is competent enough to handle this please contact me and refund my money owing to me!! This query is long overdue...
