I have so far written three separate e-mails to Bonitas complaining about their irregular deduction from my salary for a beneficiary who is now over-age and married. However, each time I only received query numbers and have not yet received any formal response from the medical scheme. I indicated in my e-mails that I would like to be refunded for all the months that the money has been deducted after informing the call centre in 2011 to have my eldest daughter removed from their system. All my follow-up e-mails have also gone unanswered, except sending different automated query numbers. I am really disappointed and frustrated about the manner in which they treat their loyal clients.
