On 14/08/2013 we phoned the Dr's office as my wife was in terrible pain, we phoned at 08:00 in the morning (which is the time they are supposed to be open) they did not pick up the phone, at 08:15 we phoned again and they picked up, we explained the nature of the problem and we were told they would phone us back as the Dr was with a patient, at 10:45 we phoned back again, this time it was the same story, the Dr is with a patient (can a Dr see 1 patient for 3 hours?) We told them that my wife is in immence pain and we would like to know what to do then and now, after holding on for 10 minute's they spoke to my wife aking her what was already written in her file again, and lo and behold, "I'll speak to the Dr and phone you back" I think this practice needs someone who actually give's a and not use the same line time after time you call them. It is poor customer support. The Dr will be losing us as a patient soon.
