I've been looking for Hermesetas sweetener for months - all the stores I usually buy from did not have any stock. I eventually contacted Aspen Pharmacare Port Elizabeth, the suppliers of Hermesetas, who in turn, gave me contact details of the Brand manager in Gauteng. I left a message on the voicemail as it was quite late in the day, not expecting anyone to get back to me. This morning, Janet from Aspen called me to say she was escalating my query to the relevant people but would send me a few samples to tide me over til I can find Hermesetas in store again. Lo and behold, by afternoon, the driver had delivered to me in Pretoria the free samples. I am highly impressed and very grateful as this is really the best sweetener on the market.
