Building commenced without any levels being done. Walls are all crooked. Staircase is a mess. Window is in wrong place. Due to the ground levels being wrong, the drive through garage is now a fly through garage. The drains will be 6ft under if levels are corrected. The slab is cracked and reinforcing is not covered in the slab. No supervision and the attitude is we don't know what we are talking about everything is normal. Our warning to further home builders... stay clear of Dimension Property Developers... from architecture, to building to project management... it is all a shambles.
