I had a pathology account of which no one was unable to help me, but when i phoned again this morning and spoke to Noloyiso, she was so patient and she understood exactly what she was doing, she told me the excat amount that was on the member's reminder letter, and what i liked about her she was confident and understanding . this is a very good and best service ever.
