Booked appointment for 13h15. Was on time. No one in waiting area. Countless times JP and sisters walk passed. No assistance is given. 20 minutes go by. Receptionist gives Dr Van Aswegen lunch!! Why make appointments when they cannot be honoured.
I only got to see doctor at 14h20. More than an hour late.
