After my credibility was questioned, having to assist the call agents to their job, being stranded on the way to Gauteng, being to by the so called Executive Relationships manager, Discovery Vitality offer me a box of chocolates..a slap in the face.. attitude! Then abruptly ends this problem without even a phone call but after I repeatedly sent emails to mr Sundelson, Mr Lonnat and called his office, with not a single response. What relationship mending did he do? yet he told me that i was provided the incorrect price details of the hotel. Then I went on to send a message to their facebook page and got a message to say sorry and we can't compensate me!
A reply message via FACEBOOK... HOW PATHETIC, HOW FULL OF DISRESPECT ..yet in the message i am a valued member!!! What a horrific ordeal? i was the one who drew their attention to the fault on the web page, i was told that i wuld not be left stranded!!! they are a bunch of ignorant, window dressers!!! Mr Lonnat... It stands to reason why others in your team behave as they do, their leader lacks tact, skill and professionalism. NOT A CALL FROM THEM, DON'T HIDE CALL ME!!! THIS IS NOT OVER!!!
