Kenilworth Clinic
No response and bad service

My mum had called kenilworth clinic regarding a follow up with my brothers file .. its been a week since she has phoned to find out what is happening. and she is being told that it is in the archives.. no one has even looked up his file as yet there is no urgency nothing and its extremly tiring phoning all the time... very dissapointed
