My mum had previously called discovery quite a few times regarding this problem as my mum is tired of the run around from the medical aid, she spoke to a supervisor/manager for pre auth, he then said he will give my mum a call back Friday which did not happen at all... she is still waiting for the call back . at no time was she told that the auth had been cancelled from the medical aid.. this is pathetic .. what type of service is being run here.. now after all the calls nothing is done.. disappointed.
