im so not impressed with the service that i received at Lexmed consaltants. my company didnt pay a certain amount for medical aid while i was on martenity leave. i was not informed about this, i just received an sms that i need to pay immediatly or i will be handed over to ITC, i however called them and was given a very bad customer service and all i was saying was they must please stop sending me the sms's to pay because my company has settled that payment and if they need more clarity thet must please speak to the PA to the Dr that handed the account over to them.
they spoke so rude to me and they even hung up on me, anyway someone from their company called me again and she spoke so kind, and she asked me to foward the proof of payment to her so that she can clear this out, which i did. this morning i received another email saying i must pay immediatly other wise i will be handed over to ITC.
I've never seen a company that is so unprofessional and they dont even update their books. all they do is attack their clients and be rude to them.
