Lack of corrspondance

I am utterly disgusted in the lack of communication from the accounts department at the intercare group.
only once my account had been handed over to there attorneys did i learn of the outstanding amount.

I did not receive any phone call or statement regarding the overdue account. not even when we went into intercare for further medical consultation where we told of the outstanding account.

I have sent a number of emails querying the account, but i am yet to receive any answer, now with the lawyers on my back i must just pay before i have to go to court. the original amount was 458 after the lawyer involvement it is now around 880, and i am not sure if the account is actually for me.

I suppose like most accounts departments, it is the "norm" to offer no correspondence, and then set the wolves out collect the "so called" debt.

if someone at intercare has even half the interest to look into this matter and offer me an answer, my account number is IRE9395.

otherwise like most SA consumers i will just have to bend over and pay...
