DELAYED STOPPING OF COVER

I physically went to the offices of GEMS in Pretoria on 2 January 2013 to stop my GEMS cover as I knew attempting it over email would take about 6 months. I was told by the door guard/receptionist that i must write in a book and sign a form and it would be processed. After this I also followed it up with an email. I had to get my new cover in place and proceeded. January came and went and Gems still charged me, February came and went and they charged me again. I complained per email but I wasn`t even responded to. I have been emailing and enquiring since then to attempt to correct this as on my record I have over lapping medical cover.
