After putting up a complaint on Hello Peter, i was contacted within an hour by Jenevee Edwards, from there on out it was a quick process gaining approvals (as I had all the relevant required backing documentation to support my medical assistance request), Jenevee ALWAYS made sure I was kept up to date with what was happening with regard to the scheme approvals and approved amount payout.
I am VERY pleased with the manner in which my complaint was dealt with in a professional courtious manner.
