I activated the Woolworths Healthy Food (Vitality) benefit in March 2013 and have not received any benefit payment yet. When I started making enquiries I was first told that I had not bought anything, then to get copies of my receipts from Woolworths, then that there was actaully a problem with the system. Getting claims paid from my own MSA have not been going any better - after having faxed, scanned and posting the same claim, they still allege it is not clear enough to be processed. Numerous phone calls have been unsuccessful to resolve this. I do not know how to solve it and do not have the energy for more phone calls, explaining the entire history to a new person each time. Don't they keep record? What is happening to our money at Discovery?
