On the 25th of June I made an inquiry on the [URL Removed] website for accommodation in Margate. On the 27th of June Natasha Evans confirmed that the specific unit was available for our requested dates. She asked me to confirm the numbers, which I did. On Monday, 1 July, she informed me that the unit has not been booked, but is no longer available. I am supposed to go on holiday on Thursday and now I don't have any accommodation.
