CARRYING ON FOR OVER A MONTH, NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE

1.The window, as cracked from the day we arrived and reported immediately to reception and maintenance.
To the day we left it was still cracked straight through
b. The window was very unstable, this was extremely dangerous for my two daughters. If the wind had picked up this would have been pushed out and smashed everywhere
2.The outside lights were broken. Finally fixed the braai light but the rest were not working. It's a large balcony, was very dark at night
3.The general state of the unit was unacceptable: a. Toilet seat broken b. Cupboards mouldy and smelt
Dishes never washed properly or the unit. We constantly pay for extra levies etc..we NEVER get a re-furbished room.
4.Air was continuously breaking down, particularly at night leaving the rooms extremely hot and clammy.
5.Lift was continuously breaking down - we were on the top floor! Carrying a baby and pram is extremely difficult.
6.Our first week was ruined by the constant noise of the Matric rage.aOur daughters had to sleep on the sleeper couch instead of the second room, the noise was unbearable in there room.
Then there was the monster party and guests that were not staying at the resort..it goes on and on
