Two months ago I cancelled my migration to Discovery Mobile from Cell C due to the fact that my mother uses this account as she will not be using any of the additional features that they offer. The consultant cancelled the account and I have not heard from them since. On Friday my account was debited for R214 rand. I have received no bill and do not understand what this amount is for as my normal bill is R99. When I call Discovery Mobile they say I need to contact Cell C and when I call them well they say I need to speak to Discovery Mobile. I'm seriously frustrated, annoyed and want my money back in my bank account
