I made a booking to see a dermatologist for 17:00 Tuesday as that was the only slot available. When i got there they did the normal procedure. I was then called in to see him at about 17h10 of which i didn't have a problem with that. Upon my arrival we started greeting each other and he said enough with the bonding session as it has been a long day, he wanted to know how can he help me. Okay i understood and i explained to him that i have brought my son as he had something in his lower lip that needed to be removed as i was referred to him by the first Dr that i have seen. He asked all the relevant questions like since when he had it and i've explained. He then said this is a kid he does not have time to be screamed by babies because he has to inject him on his lip. I then asked him what is the solution if his not going to touch my son because he is going to charge me hence he didn't even want to help my son. He said to me of course i have to charge you for consultation don't even go there. I don't mind paying for consultation but the tone in him voice. He was so rude, it is not my problem that he had a long day. My son deserved to be treated fairly. He then gave me a prescription
