Hilda - the fax that was sent - INCLUDED a letter with ALL relevant information (included again) AND a ref 130 608545 (we took the time and effort to make a call regarding the claim) so that it could be processed efficiently. NOW after 3 months AND 2 queries later (ref 130662557 and 130675851) miraculously all the information was not available. Sorry but it reflects incompetence of your staff. And ONLY after the enquiry from myself on 10 Jan 2013 - were ANYTHING done with the claim
I again can not stress enough, the poor service we are receiving from Keyhealth. ALL relevant info was included in the fax (and telephone call) and this is just a way to staal paying the claim.
