In spite of bookings being made, the restaurant had run out of 2 items on the menu, which 6 people in our party of 9 had ordered, so these were.clearly popular choices. Unacceptable on ANY day, but more so on a special occasion like Father's Day... really spoilt it for us.
A pathetic "I am sorry" from the Manageress was totally useless!! Will certainly never go back. I
