Probably one of the most beautiful places i have ever visited, my wife and i really felt like we were in another country. We were welcomed very warmly and seated at our table of choice. full marks so far. the food was gorgeous and looked amazing. Being a Muslim, i was concerned that the creme brulee might have alcohol, this is where things took a turn for the worst. i asked another waitress, who didnt seem to want to help me, and she got back to me at her leisure. so i strolled into the deli, and requested that one of the 7 people in there help me. each one assured me they knew nothing so i moved to the next person. If someone would have come and asked us the customary "is everything alright? " i would have had the chance to request for the bill (which arrived in a cute little bucket with some sweets). I also had to play hide and seek with the waitress to order some coffee. All in all, i got out of my seat, 4 times to help the staff @ makaranga. They didnt even thank me for coming =( or ask me to come again =(, after all i did to help them... Anyway, i didnt expect that from a place that looked so beautiful. Hopefully next time, this review will be proportionate to the aesthetics.
