I lodged a complaint with Discovery on their line in Nov/Dec 2011, regarding their billing system, which ended up in me paying R5000 cash. The investigating officer by the name of Jacques took more than 5 months to advise me of the outcome of my query. subsequently to that I received a notification from Discovery informing me that I will not be able to claim from them as the 6months have elapsed.
My question is do I accept the fact that my R5000 went down the drain because of a delay from discovery, why did the investing officer took so long to resolve my query, Kevin I am still waiting for you to call me back as promised when certain questions were imposed on you? why was I not advised at the time the investigation was in process by the consultants I was dealing with at the time, that I should submit my claims in the meantime.
