Am very dissapointed with Momentum health, i joined and took the ingwe option and never have defaults on my name, when i joined the told me there is no waiting period. the first nightmare started when i went to get glasses at an optometrist and the asked me to send a motivational letter from the DR i did that and the their response was that the bill was too low??? to low for who for what i dont understand.
second incident i went to consult after having pains at my back and i was admitted and again they didnt authorise now am left with bills while I pay a medical aid every month for what i dont know.
SOOOO DISAPPOINTED AND BITTER!!! :(
