Received a threatening SMS iro of an account I never received. They changed their call centre number to one which apparently charges more than Telkom and probably gives them a kick back. We nevertheless phoned the crawl centre yesterday and were promised that they will send us a copy of the account immediately. They did not. They have our postal address and two alternative e-mail addresses.
No respect for the client. They should have sent an account immediately they performed the alleged lab test. If the medical aid failed to pay we should have been promptly informed. In the circumstances we insist on them immediately sending us: 1) copy of the original form requesting the test. 2) copy of the tax invoice. 3) copy of the test results proving the service was actually performed. We need it for: 1) accounting 2) medical aid 3) tax. Patient's results are not too confidential to disclose to the patient. They have our addresses. Ref disclosed in "YOUR ACC" FIELD.
