Good Day this is the first time i have called Denis and not received the assistance and guidance i have required. If you look at my previous calls, I had no problems. The last time i spoken to Talitha she was amazing. THis guy Mawande, was not giving me what i requested, and even when i asked him to email me the benefit guide, he wanted me to request from the cuistomer care. THis is pathetic service.
