With reference to your e-mail dated 29 May 2013.
Thank you for your e-mail and we wish to advise as follows:
The account from Dr H C Britz Incorporated, service date 03 April 2013 for the amount of R398.80 has been rejected correctly as this an out of area consultation and the limit for out of area has been depleted
Furthermore, there is no admission authorisation approval loaded and we do not have a hospital account submitted and therefore child treated in casualty
The above is the feedback from my medical aid after enquiring about this account. Why did nobody get an admission authorisation approval? Please give feedback on how this matter will be sorted
