Very rude and arrogant receptionist

We arrived at Ngwenya lodge on the 24th May 2013 for a weekend. We got to the lodge at 12h30pm . i went to the reception to enquire if our unit was available. I spoke to a lady named Rina. I asked her if my unit was ready she said it would only be ready at 4pm. I told her I drove all the way from jhb and had food that could go off due to the heat, in the middle of my sentence, she says "NO", I then tell her why is the check in so late, she says "NO" arrogantly to me, again I ask her if I can just leave my food in the freezer and will occupy the unit later she says "NO" for the third time. I was so upset with her attitude, she couldnt talk nicely. She calls the manager, and they say only the owners get their units early, everyone else must wait till 4 pm . i ask why as we also are paying guests, she says they pay a levy . they then tell me to to wait at the restaurant and will call me when the unit is ready.By 3h30pm nobody calls and I go to reception and they say the unit is ready.
