I decided to order a solid wood sleigh bed from Out of Wood Manufacturing, in spite of reading a comment about their lack of service on Hello Peter. I had time to wait, so it didnt make a difference. Well, I have been blown away by this company's service!! From the minute I ordered the bed on 22 February 2013 to receiving the bed last week, I was kept informed as to the progress of the bed. I received the bed well within the time frame that was promised to me, the delivery staff and installation staff were well informed, friendly and competent. The quality is great and I know that the bed is going to last me a very long time. I will definitely be ordering more furniture from them.
