I ordered a bracelet with them last Monday and the guy was so friendly, he processed the order before he got the money in his account and got the bracelet to me the very next day. I was a little disappointed when I did get it, it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I sent him a email to find out if I can return it and what I have to do to return it. He was very helpful and even personally picked it up from me. He gave me a sorry gift for the fact that I was a little unhappy with the first one. I am really impressed with his service and how quick he was at responding to me. He has very nice products, I think I just picked the wrong product. I just want to say thank you to Cedric and I am grateful that you were so helpful.
