Good Day (The Owner of Adcock Ingram) This is just a query. I need some help. I bought a box of Panado Med Sip Honey and Lemon from one of the leading retail stores last year been 2012. I do not have the receipt for it. When I went to open of the packets to drink it with hot water the contents was hard. I was very sadden by this and I saw on the box BB JUN 14 and it is only NOV 2013. Please can some be kind as to assist me with regards to my query. As I think it is not fair at all that the contents had gone hard. Please could you also advise me as well as provide me with the steps in which I can get an exchange for a new box of Panado Med Sip Honey and Lemon. This would be highly and greatly appreciated from my side going forward. You can email me the details with the steps in which I can get a new item.
