Both myself and my fiance have not received any feedback from bonitas regarding our cancellation of our medical aid. The best part is that we are going to reapply at bonitas the moment it has been cancelled because of circumstances that I have explained a million times to them over and over again. its a simple concept. They respond very quickly to any other issues but if the word terminate is in the subject it is clearly ignored. I sent the mail on the 13th of may. Promises 5 working days feedback. Both mine and my fiances options needs to be cancelled before the end of this month. If they would go back and check all the mails I have sent it will make sense!!
And then when I ask them TERMINATE THE CONTRACT don't come with suggestions, do what I ask. They just tell me, no options changes are only in November.. Funny enough I did not ask for an option change.
Please this is of HIGH urgency.
Oh and another thing. When I call the call center after 8, the stupid machine keeps on saying that office hours are only from 8am - 5pm..
