Cancellation of my Membership

Good Day,

I was called by the agent for Hotel Express Interanational for telemarkerting of their product after referral from my friend I signed-up with them to pay the subscription over three months. I then carefully scrutinized my financial situation after I had an emergency and found I cannot afford it at this moment and maybe will sign up later, gave them a call to cancel and ask for a refund of my money. To my suprise the agent said call their call centre and after that tehy adviced me that the manager would give me a call about my refund from Monday 02 September 2013 which has not happened till today. I would like to get my refund and I am sure going forward I will not take their offer cause of their attitude.
