Its absolutely ridiculous and absurd that a 5 star establishment blames their garnish!!! Don't you have quality assurance in place when dealing with guests "FOOD"?? You should not be a 5 star establishment if you cant keep up with industry hygiene standards!! I'm relieved that Durban boasts better Hotels than the Oyster Box where you can dine in confidence! If you cant Quality check every Item then you shouldn't be in the Hospitality industry!! "Pathetic"
