Since the new renovation has been done, my husband makes it his duty for me to dine at The Oyster Box, for my birthday . the service & food has deteriorated, I was shocked ..My husband and I opted for the buffet which we always do... Firstly the tag said chicken and prawn curry ..if I could find about four prawns I was very lucky. There was no basmati rice, moved over to the other rice and there was only two spoons of that rice... The sour milk salad had a piece of roti inside... mutton curry was empty... The fish was not whole & all broken and smashed into gravy... The tikka chicken was hidden and normally it is where the customers can see, another couple next to us also complained to me & said to me thanks for the chicken because I asked if there's was tikka chicken To Top it all, the manager or whoever while dishing, she comes and wipe the place, take all the spoons and throws it in the pot & THIS WAS DONE IN BETWEEN MY HUSBAND AND I... this was very rude. I know you want the place clean, but do it after we have dished up... Our waiter (Billet) didnt call on us, we had to call other waiters to bring drinks / dessert menu
