I have now sent 4 e-mails to [Email Removed] and have not received 1 response. I have just noticed online that my application for chronic has been rejected, Would just like to inform you that I have been with bankmed for over 18 years. On my previous bankmed number 3466728 I had chronic authorisation.
I was on Lipitor 10mg and you guys decided not to pay for it, R70 000 a year subscription and you cannot pay R140. I now have a new bankmed number and have to reapply for chronic and do all these things again etc.
and i"ve just been inform by my pharmacy that there will be a co-payment on my generic medicate. You guys never stop.

I am not impressed in the way this is being handled, and I want this resolved this week.
