Hospital and Dr accounts not paid

Last year our son was born and due to unforeseen circumstance's he was sent to ICU, the specialist over him asked for x-rays of his heart and lungs, our son stayed in ICU for a week. The hospital account was not paid in full nor were the x-rays we were under the impression that we were 100 % cover Resolution and did not expect these outstanding amounts. After attempts to get it resolved I dont get feed back or results.
