I am not sure if Wild Bean falls under BP or if they are an entity on their own, but, they are in your BP shop and someone has to sort this out.
I have been going to the NH Lord Charles's BP for years and have been a loyal Wild Bean customer. I always go there for Hot Chocolate and use my loyalty card. Last night I got there and it was the last Hot Chocolate I needed to buy, before I get my free mug... and now all of the sudden, they do not do promotions anymore. I was not informed and I bought all those Hot chocolate to get to my mug and now that I reached it, I cannot have it? I want my mug, or I want you to pay out all my Hot chocolate's I needed to buy to get it, which is 19!
Please let me know how this will be fixed. ASAP!!!
