Rejecting a bill incorrectly

Bill for service date 18 December 2012 was rejected with incorrect rejection code. Extremely irate because I received a final demand from hospital dated 29 April 2013 for the R412-00. Made numerous calls to the call centre unsuccessfully. Excuses are unacceptable. Now suddenly the claim is stale.
