SO, my friends and i like to wine and dine at your Radisson blu, Signature, Michelangelo towers, Crowne plaza and the Maslow hotel, to mention but a few. SOOO, this time we decided to go out to sheraton hotel in pretoria. First thing we got there, there was no "welcome to sheraton, hope you enjoy your night? " kinda thing. We just saw staff members standing and lingering around, paying no attention at all. after asking one staff member to the next and eventually finding our way to the restaurant, we got there and still no one to welcome and give us our table. We waited forever to be seated. Our waiter came to take our drinks orders and when when i told him i wanted a strawberry or watermelon mijito, which i always have when im out, then he said "there is no such thing" then he had the GALL to teach me what mojito is.he then went to ask his boss who made the strawberry mojito for me, the WORST, ive ever had..NOBODY came to ask if our food was ok or if we needed refills. We had to settle our bill and go to capellos for proper strawberry and wild berries mojitos.basically i will not recommend Sheraton hotel pretoria to any of my friends, colleagues or employees EVER! VERY BAAAD SERVICE!!!
