Service is pathetic... staff is incompetent... Nearly a month has past since I first queried non payment for a pathologists test and you BANKMED have not had the decency to reply.
I first queried the non payment with your Anthea on 26/4/2013 at - 12.49pm (your calls are recorded - please check) who advised that she would refer the matter to her managers and she would revert back to me. I am still waiting.
1/5/2013 followed up the matter with an e-mail to enquiries@bankmed - still waiting
8/5/2013 I logged on to your web page and asked for a reply to my query - Still waiting for a reply.
What must I do to get a response???
