A saga that has been going on since January. Eventually on 29th April I logged a detailed report on this web site and received the 'stock' response on 7th May - " my complaint was receiving urgent attention and the matter would be resolved speedily"
It is now 13th May and I am yet to receive any explanation or reason why an undertaking to make a payment was not adhered to.
In the meantime, in order to keep my name clear I have had to make the payment myself. Great medical aid service.
